I can speak from personal experience having almost moved into these units that these Hunter's Creek Apartments in Lebanon are really nice folks. They are also one of the few rental properties in the city that aren't income based housing. So lets discuss the pros and cons and share some select details.
There are plenty of good things about the Hunter's Creek Apartments. For starters you are just on the Lebanon, Tennessee city limits which means you are close to nearly anything in town but still have some country atmosphere. As mentioned above these are some of the newer buildings for rent in the area and are in good shape. If you want even more to top it off they have a really nice pool and workout area near the main office.
So you may be asking right now what is the catch? Well the pricing is one of the only things that would possibly turn people away from moving into these rentals. The smallest and cheapest of the Hunter's Creek Apartments are around 650-700 square feet and run roughly around $650 a month. That includes the water, sewage and trash. But some people have complained about numerous fees when moving in and renewing their lease. For example there is a $250 (non-refundable) pet fee, an application fee that has said to run anywhere from $35 to $100, a $150 deposit and $300 administration fee. They have also been said to ask possible tenants to pay an extra $300-400 deposit if they have questionable credit results.
