I'm talking about the Rollingwood Apartments which can be found behind the Kroger shopping center on West Main. With the economy the way it is many people are looking for housing but are unable to afford a home and these rental units may be ideal for those individuals.

I think that I should mention right upfront that these are income-based housing units. That means that unless you make under a certain income then you will be unable to be considered for the Rollingwood Apartments. I found that out the hard way after looking to this area in Lebanon. I believe that for the standard 2 bedroom rental the occupants can't make anymore than $28,000 a year.

If you look at the other details for the Rollingwood Apartments they are a good setup for people who meet those guidelines. From what I have gathered online the standard rent is $585 a month for a 2 bedroom/1 bathroom and that includes basic cable, water, sewage and trash. They do allow pets but there is a $250 deposit upfront and a size limit which is standard for most buildings. Also it is worth nothing that they have a swimming pool as well.
