Springhill Townhomes Apartments Lebanon, TN 37087

Spring Hill Townhomes is located in Lebanon, TN, and is located near shopping, restaurant's, and is also located near the interstate I-40. There is always going to be good and bad in every apartment/townhome. There are a few good things that Spring Hill Townhomes have to offer. In this case, there are not many things that they have to offer.

These are the amenities that Spring Hill have to offer their residents. Spring Hill Townhomes do allow pets, but they have strict breed restrictions that apply. Some of the breed restrictions are: No Rottweilers, Dobermans, German Sheperds, Amstaff Terriers, or Pit Bulls. As you know, there is up's and down's, and some of the disadvantages of this townhome complex are, There is no swimming pool, there are income restrictions, and from previous residents on some other sites they were given a very low rating overall. 

 

There were many previous residents that complained of very poor parking spaces. Like most apartments, you are only allowed 2 parking spaces per apartment here, which is normal. But some residents complained of very low space for their vehicles. Some also complained of their vehicles being blocked in, due to other residents having company over, and no parking spots available. 

 

 

Some previous residents have complained of seeing drug related activity outside the complexes, and hearing loud music all throughout the day. Others also complained of people parking in handicapped parking spots that did not have a handicap sign. Some also stated that they were having problems with spiders and crickets in their apartment. 

 

 

 There were a few previous residents that said they enjoyed living there and were happy with their apartment. As you can tell, there is always a good and a bad,  anywhere you go. There will be advantages and disadvantages of every apartment, townhome, etc.  You should always do research on the apartment that you plan to live in, before making any decisions.
