The Falls at 109 seems to have everything a resident could want! Its brand new, recently opened, located near everything you need from shopping, restaurants, interstate to Nashville, etc. With all new residents living there, so far, there has been absolutely no complaints from these apartments!

 

 

Some of the residents have stated that, this apartment is kid friendly, and feels comfortable and safe here. The gated community is an advantage to the residents safety! Residents have also stated that the management have been very friendly, and very helpful, and give prompt service! Other residents have said that this apartment complex is very clean, and loves the interior design, and loves it! The overall rating for The Falls at 109 from a 1 to 5, is a 5! 

 

 

The management is open Monday through Friday from 8:30am to 5:30pm

Saturday they're open from 10am to 5pm, and Sunday from 1pm to 5pm.

 

 

They also offer 1, 2 and 3 bedrooms. Prices range from $820.00 to $1160.00 depending on whether or not you wish to have 1 bed 1 bath, 2 bed 1 bath, 2 bed 2 bath, or 3 bed 2 bath. The Falls at 109 is located off Highway 109 in Wilson County, and is a wooden secluded area, that all their new residents seem to really enjoy! There does not seem to be any "bad" for this new apartment community yet. Of course there will always be something somewhere, and although their prices are high, you get your money's worth each month you pay your rent! So The Falls at 109 seems to be the place to live in Lebanon, TN now!
