Spring Hill Townhomes is located in Lebanon, TN, and is located near shopping, restaurant's, and is also located near the interstate I-40. There is always going to be good and bad in every apartment/townhome. There are a few good things that Spring Hill Townhomes have to offer. In this case, there are not many things that they have to offer.

These are the amenities that Spring Hill have to offer their residents. Spring Hill Townhomes do allow pets, but they have strict breed restrictions that apply. Some of the breed restrictions are: No Rottweilers, Dobermans, German Sheperds, Amstaff Terriers, or Pit Bulls. As you know, there is up's and down's, and some of the disadvantages of this townhome complex are, There is no swimming pool, there are income restrictions, and from previous residents on some other sites they were given a very low rating overall. 

 

There were many previous residents that complained of very poor parking spaces. Like most apartments, you are only allowed 2 parking spaces per apartment here, which is normal. But some residents complained of very low space for their vehicles. Some also complained of their vehicles being blocked in, due to other residents having company over, and no parking spots available. 

 

 

Some previous residents have complained of seeing drug related activity outside the complexes, and hearing loud music all throughout the day. Others also complained of people parking in handicapped parking spots that did not have a handicap sign. Some also stated that they were having problems with spiders and crickets in their apartment. 

 

 

 There were a few previous residents that said they enjoyed living there and were happy with their apartment. As you can tell, there is always a good and a bad,  anywhere you go. There will be advantages and disadvantages of every apartment, townhome, etc.  You should always do research on the apartment that you plan to live in, before making any decisions. 

 

 

The Falls at 109 Apartments Lebanon, TN 37090

The Falls at 109 is a new apartment complex, that just recently opened. As we all know, there is always "something" that makes it either good or bad. As far as The Falls at 109, there are lots and lots of nice amenities that they have to offer!

The Falls at 109 seems to have everything a resident could want! Its brand new, recently opened, located near everything you need from shopping, restaurants, interstate to Nashville, etc. With all new residents living there, so far, there has been absolutely no complaints from these apartments!

 

 

Some of the residents have stated that, this apartment is kid friendly, and feels comfortable and safe here. The gated community is an advantage to the residents safety! Residents have also stated that the management have been very friendly, and very helpful, and give prompt service! Other residents have said that this apartment complex is very clean, and loves the interior design, and loves it! The overall rating for The Falls at 109 from a 1 to 5, is a 5! 

 

 

The management is open Monday through Friday from 8:30am to 5:30pm

Saturday they're open from 10am to 5pm, and Sunday from 1pm to 5pm.

 

 

They also offer 1, 2 and 3 bedrooms. Prices range from $820.00 to $1160.00 depending on whether or not you wish to have 1 bed 1 bath, 2 bed 1 bath, 2 bed 2 bath, or 3 bed 2 bath. The Falls at 109 is located off Highway 109 in Wilson County, and is a wooden secluded area, that all their new residents seem to really enjoy! There does not seem to be any "bad" for this new apartment community yet. Of course there will always be something somewhere, and although their prices are high, you get your money's worth each month you pay your rent! So The Falls at 109 seems to be the place to live in Lebanon, TN now!

The Hartmann Plantation has alot to offer to their new residents, There really isnt many disadvantages to these units. Other than the prices of rent. Of course you will get your moneys worth, with everything that they have to offer for their residents! 

 

 

The prices vary, and can change at any time, depending on what month, if there are any specials for that month, how many people will be living there, and what services you want.

 

 

For a 1 bedroom apartment that is 770 square feet, it would be around $725.00 plus tax. For a 2 bedroom apartment that is 1008 square feet, it would be around $855.00 plus tax. For a 3 bedroom apartment that is 1644 square feet, it would be around $1115.000 plus tax. And for a 4 bedroom apartment that is 1540 square feet, it would be around $1150.00 plus tax. So other than the prices you have to pay depending on what you need, Hartmann Plantation has more advantages than disadvantages. Hartmann Plantation is one of Lebanon's newest apartment community! The security deposit is $800.00. Some of the residents have said previously that Hartmann Plantation is quiet, and off of the main road, which means less traffic around the neighborhood. Residents have also spoke about how the office staff and maintenance goes out of their way to help you, and is very polite and cutious to their residents. Hartmann Plantation residents love the peacefull atmosphere and quiet settings. So far, there has not been one negative thing said about these apartments, and that says alot for an apartment community!

Meadows of Lebanon Apartments 37087

Meadows of Lebanon apartments like any other apartment complexes, has its advantages, and disadvantages. Some of the advantages for these apartments is that it is located in the center of Lebanon, which makes it convenient to shopping centers, resturaunts, etc.

By some of the renters there, there are actually lots of good things that were said about Meadows of Lebanon. Some of the renters say that the apartments pool and landscaping were always kept up on a regular basis. Some of the residents also feel that the apartment staff and maintenance workers are very friendly, and willing to help you. Residents also say that overall, its mostly a quiet neighborhood, and if you need somthing fixed, the maintenance worker usually responds to your call within 2 hours or less, or within the same day. So, those are some of the advantages of the Meadows of Lebanon apartments. One disadvantage that was complained about was only, the parking. Sometimes, you have to park a long way from your apartment, and have to walk, which is inconvenient.

Unlike other apartment complexes that are usually open 7 days a week, Meadows of Lebanon is only open Monday through Friday from 8am to 5pm. On Saturday, it is by appointment. And they are closed on Sundays. Their prices also vary, depending on how many bedrooms, and how many people will be living there. The prices range anywhere from $685.00 to $750.00 or more. Again, that just depends on what you are getting, and if there is a special going on the month that you move in. There is also a security deposit of $150.00.

Meadows of Lebanon apartments offer 1, 2, and 3 bedrooms. One disadvantage about these apartments is that, for starters, they are actually nice apartments, but it doesn't mean that you will have the chance to live there. Meadows of Lebanon apartments has an income restriction that they go by before you can be qualified to move in there. They also have other qualifications as well. The income restrictions are:

*For 2 person, (max annual income) is $32,220

*For 3 person (max annual income) is  $36,240

Meadows of Lebanon is a 4 year old, 72-unit property, and there are 9 apartment buildings. So again, there is always a good and a bad to each apartment. Some are better than others, and this one seems to be one that is a little better, as in seeing residents comments about this complex. But everyone has their own opinion about different things. So if you want to know more about this apartment complex, you can always set up an appointment to go and take a tour there, to see for yourself, and determine whether that apartment is what you want or not! 

Greentree Pointe Apartments in Lebanon, TN

At Greentree Pointe Apartments, there are advantages, and of course disadvantages. Every apartment complex has its up's and down's. Some are nice, and some are not so nice. It depends on what you are looking for, or what is convenient to you, what you want, what you dont want, and the price range that you are looking for. Greentree Pointe Apartments is located in Lebanon, Tennessee.

Pets are allowed. You can have up to 2 pets. There is no weight limit, but breed restrictions do apply. There is also a $350.00 non-refundable pet fee, and a $10.00 a month rent.

Greentree Pointe Apartments has 1, 2, and 3 bedrooms. Prices range anywhere from $535.00 to $670.00 per month. More or less, depending on month, and time of move in date.These were some of the advantages of Greentree Pointe Apartments.

Some of the disadvantages that some previous apartment renters that shared their reviews on these apartments are, that there have been complaints of loudness, and maybe some drug activity. Also with the apartment staff, to some they seemed to be nice. But to others, the staff did not seem friendly at all. Others complained of tenants driving too fast, even with young children outside playing. Your only allowed 2 parking spaces. Some have also complained of the outside not being cleaned. And others complained of maintenance not fixing any problems that need to be fixed.

Another disadvantage of this apartment complex, is that it is located near a water sewage plant area, and the area somtimes has an unpleasant odor. But again, every apartment complex has the good and the bad. Greentree has alot to offer, and also offers affordable housing. Greentree also features disability access. The office hours are Monday through Friday from 10:00am to 5:00pm. Their leasing term is 12-months at least. Greentree is managed by JRK Residential, which is headquartered in Los Angeles. JRK Residential Group is one of the nations leading multifamily property managers. JRK also maintains regional offices in Atlanta, Denver, Dallas, Houston, and Orlando. Greentree Pointe Apartments are like any other apartment complex is. It has its advantages, and disadvantages!

Rollingwood Apartments Lebanon, TN 37087

Here today we are gonna talk about some apartments that are hidden away from the main road there in Lebanon, Tennessee. I'm talking about the Rollingwood Apartments which can be found behind the Kroger shopping center on West Main. With the economy the way it is many people are looking for housing but are unable to afford a home and these rental units may be ideal for those individuals.

I think that I should mention right upfront that these are income-based housing units. That means that unless you make under a certain income then you will be unable to be considered for the Rollingwood Apartments. I found that out the hard way after looking to this area in Lebanon. I believe that for the standard 2 bedroom rental the occupants can't make anymore than $28,000 a year.

If you look at the other details for the Rollingwood Apartments they are a good setup for people who meet those guidelines. From what I have gathered online the standard rent is $585 a month for a 2 bedroom/1 bathroom and that includes basic cable, water, sewage and trash. They do allow pets but there is a $250 deposit upfront and a size limit which is standard for most buildings. Also it is worth nothing that they have a swimming pool as well.

Crosswinds Condominiums Lebanon, TN 37090

I consider these to be up there among the best apartments in the area. My girlfriend used to live in these rental units and you could certainly do worse in the Wilson County area. So lets get you some information to consider up against all the other locations.

Alright so with the good things you get at Crosswinds are great access to Lebanon, the interstate and many of the public schools. Winfree Bryant Middle School and Lebanon High School are both literally walking distance away from this location. They have a pool and fitness center as well for those that like to get out and do activities. The pricing isn't too bad and they allow pets.

I can't really find many cons about the Crosswinds Condominiums in Lebanon, Tennessee. You have some people that wouldn't make all that great of neighbors but you have that literally anywhere you can potentially live in this world.

As far as the pricing goes these apartments range from $615 up to nearly $800. The smallest one-bedroom units are 650 square feet and some come already with washer and dryer. The deposit varies depending on the source as some places online say $300 and some people from personal experience say the deposit is the same as the first month's rent.
