By some of the renters there, there are actually lots of good things that were said about Meadows of Lebanon. Some of the renters say that the apartments pool and landscaping were always kept up on a regular basis. Some of the residents also feel that the apartment staff and maintenance workers are very friendly, and willing to help you. Residents also say that overall, its mostly a quiet neighborhood, and if you need somthing fixed, the maintenance worker usually responds to your call within 2 hours or less, or within the same day. So, those are some of the advantages of the Meadows of Lebanon apartments. One disadvantage that was complained about was only, the parking. Sometimes, you have to park a long way from your apartment, and have to walk, which is inconvenient.

Unlike other apartment complexes that are usually open 7 days a week, Meadows of Lebanon is only open Monday through Friday from 8am to 5pm. On Saturday, it is by appointment. And they are closed on Sundays. Their prices also vary, depending on how many bedrooms, and how many people will be living there. The prices range anywhere from $685.00 to $750.00 or more. Again, that just depends on what you are getting, and if there is a special going on the month that you move in. There is also a security deposit of $150.00.

Meadows of Lebanon apartments offer 1, 2, and 3 bedrooms. One disadvantage about these apartments is that, for starters, they are actually nice apartments, but it doesn't mean that you will have the chance to live there. Meadows of Lebanon apartments has an income restriction that they go by before you can be qualified to move in there. They also have other qualifications as well. The income restrictions are:

Meadows of Lebanon is a 4 year old, 72-unit property, and there are 9 apartment buildings. So again, there is always a good and a bad to each apartment. Some are better than others, and this one seems to be one that is a little better, as in seeing residents comments about this complex. But everyone has their own opinion about different things.
