Some of the disadvantages that some previous apartment renters that shared their reviews on these apartments are, that there have been complaints of loudness, and maybe some drug activity. Also with the apartment staff, to some they seemed to be nice. But to others, the staff did not seem friendly at all. Others complained of tenants driving too fast, even with young children outside playing. Your only allowed 2 parking spaces. Some have also complained of the outside not being cleaned. And others complained of maintenance not fixing any problems that need to be fixed.

Another disadvantage of this apartment complex, is that it is located near a water sewage plant area, and the area somtimes has an unpleasant odor. But again, every apartment complex has the good and the bad. Greentree has alot to offer, and also offers affordable housing. Greentree also features disability access. The office hours are Monday through Friday from 10:00am to 5:00pm. Their leasing term is 12-months at least. Greentree is managed by JRK Residential, which is headquartered in Los Angeles.
